Further advantages for you in document dispatch

  • At your request, we will take care of the legally compliant archiving of your outgoing documents.
  • You can automatically prepare your outgoing documents in standard formats (incl. PDF) in your outbox for dispatch. (Example iDoc, D96A or EDIFACT).
  • We set up a standard transmission channel to your outbox. (for example:API, OFTP2 or X400).

Actively and personally convert your customers to electronic reception

  • Addressing and fully automatic conversion of your print recipients. In this way, you can increase the proportion of your electronic recipients or senders in a targeted manner and without any effort on your part, and save money immediately.

Further advantages for you in the document inbox

  • We create the possibility to transfer your documents securely from your inbox to your systems (for example IDoc, D96A or EDIFACT). This provides even complex IT set-ups with the right data to operate workflow processes fully automatically.
  • Your incoming documents are made available via common standard interfaces for import into your systems. These are, for example, the TRAFFIQX API, OFTP2 or X400.
  • If you wish, we can take care of the legally compliant archiving of your incoming documents.
