With effect from 01.05.2025, Eugen Schleppe was appointed to the management of b4value.net GmbH. Eugen has been part of the company for over 12 years. He started in Customer Care in 2012 - always with a clear focus: close to the needs of the customers, solution-oriented in his actions and with a deep understanding of the challenges in the everyday life of our business partners. He took on responsibility for team management and existing customer care early on and consistently developed these areas further.

As Head of Success Management, Eugen has been in charge of digital customer processes since 2021. In this role, he is actively shaping the change towards future-oriented, efficient and customer-focused solutions - always in close cooperation with our partners. With his appointment to the management board, b4value.net is sending out a clear signal: Customer proximity, innovative strength and operational excellence belong together. Eugen embodies these values with his experience, his commitment and his flair for practical solutions.
